Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Support professional to serve as Site Lead for Hybrid SATCOM programs, delivering on-site leadership for government and contract personnel in Lincoln, MA.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and reports, and ensure compliance with security and quality standards, while representing Leidos to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant acquisition/program management experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Proven experience leading complex teams with multiple subcontractors.
• Experience supporting federal government or DoD acquisition and SATCOM programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in customer-facing/site-lead roles.
• Knowledge of Hybrid SATCOM concepts and acquisition lifecycle management.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Site Lead and on-site point of contact for government customers and contract personnel.
• Assist the Program Manager in overall program execution, governance, and delivery.
• Lead day-to-day operations and align activities with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical, and operational teams for integrated solutions.
• Manage on-site staff, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Support acquisition documentation, schedules, reports, and briefing materials.
• Monitor risks, milestones, action items, and program cadence.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and SATCOM providers.
• Support contract management activities including staffing and reporting.
• Assist with meeting coordination and customer engagement for Hybrid SATCOM operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
• Deliver program status updates and management reports.
