Insight Global is seeking an SAP (Financial) Configuration Analyst for a hybrid role in St. Louis, MO or Shelton, CT. You will primarily drive enhancements, gather business needs, and design SAP FI/CO configurations to meet finance processes.

Expect involvement from requirements through deployments and UAT, with close collaboration to ensure scalable solutions. The role demands 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, strong communication with finance teams, and the ability to own the project pipeline

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience with SAP HANA preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and basic configuration.
• Strong communication with finance stakeholders across AP, AR, GL, and FA.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from finance stakeholders and design SAP configurations.
• Implement configurations across FI/CO components and related modules.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment activities with business users.
• Serve as a functional liaison to ensure solutions fit finance processes.
• Collaborate with break‑fix support and project teams on enhancements.
