Job summary

LRS Consulting Services seeks an SAP FI-CO Analyst for a St. Louis client. The role covers enhancements, delivery, production support, and configuration of SAP and third-party bolt-ons globally.

You will gather requirements with end users, design solutions, and validate processes with strong attention to best practices and accuracy. Involves working in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably Finance or Systems).
• 4+ years' experience with SAP FI-CO.
• Experience with S4 HANA basic configuration.
• Ability to use project management methodologies.
• Must have experience presenting to business counterparts.
• Experience collaborating with business users to gather requirements and deploy processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules is a plus.
• Knowledge of non-SAP financial systems for invoice processing is a plus.
• Experience with Blackline implementations preferred.
• Solid accounting understanding or actual accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, and clarifies business requirements from end users.
• Collaborates with SAP analysts to review requirements and develop solutions.
• Configures SAP settings, tests, and translates design into FI-CO configuration.
• Maintain non-SAP financial systems (Concur, Readsoft, Vertex, Blackline).
• Designs and deploys improved business processes with key users.
• Tests and validates SAP migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manages small to mid-size projects and related tickets.
• Creates design and training documentation.
