Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Operations Coordinator with SAP/Excel focus for a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role offers hybrid work in Pennsylvania and requires intermediate Excel skills, with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Primary duties include processing SAP transactions, reconciling accounts, managing daily estimate reporting, and providing operational and customer support. Prior operations or utilities experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using SAP (ZM20 terminations, ZC79 move-outs) and Excel.
• Strong data-entry and processing skills in SAP and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage service transactions in SAP to update accounts.
• Investigate and resolve inactive sewer-only premises discrepancies.
• Run daily consecutive estimate reporting ensuring data integrity.
