Commergence in Chicago is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Architect to lead AMS delivery for a global client onsite. The role requires hands-on SAP EWM expertise, with a proven track record in S/4HANA integrations and managing transitions from prior vendors.

You will oversee incident, problem, and change management to ITIL standards, mentor onsite and offshore teams, and drive automation toward Embedded EWM. This long-term, hybrid role offers growth and global exposure.

Competenze

• Senior SAP EWM AMS consultant with 15–20 years of SAP experience.
• Lead AMS delivery for a global client onsite.
• Experience as transition receiver and strong with stakeholders.

Mansioni

• AMS delivery: meet SLAs and ITIL-compliant incident, problem, change and release management.
• Lead transition onsite during handover from current vendor; document processes and open tickets, flag gaps, set up governance.
• Handle inbound/outbound logistics, wave management, RF framework, labor management, slotting, and cross-docking.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for 24x7 coverage and mentor onsite and offshore consultants.
• Identify automation opportunities and support moves to S/4HANA Embedded EWM or warehouse automation.
