Job summary

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a Salesforce Platform & Integration Lead to administer Salesforce, lead development and enterprise integrations, and guide security-focused, scalable solutions across customer service and field operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft, BizTalk, and Azure API Management. A hybrid work schedule applies after probation, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Enterprise experience administering and developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, web services.
• Ability to design reliable Salesforce solutions and integrations and assess security and operational impacts.

Responsibilities

• Administering and optimizing Salesforce environments, including users, roles, profiles, permissions, data quality, configuration and platform health.
• Designing and developing Salesforce solutions using declarative capabilities and custom development, including Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and automated testing.
• Providing technical leadership by reviewing designs, mentoring team members, and establishing standards for Salesforce and integration delivery.
• Defining Salesforce solution architecture and integration patterns to improve security, scalability, and reuse.
• Using MuleSoft to evaluate, design, and support API-led integrations and plan migration of legacy integrations.
• Maintaining and supporting BizTalk, Azure API Management, web services and APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Supporting production operations including monitoring, incident response, and release validation.
• Applying secure design practices and integration governance.
• Building relationships with internal and external partners to support Salesforce and integration services.
