Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role designed as a pipeline for future growth. You will serve customers by assessing needs and recommending products, while performing entry-level vehicle services and ensuring satisfaction through timely completion.

The role blends front-office customer engagement with basic vehicle service tasks and store operations, with growth opportunities and training support. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $26.29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to grow.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on 75% customer service and 25% basic vehicle service.
• Handle store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Support growth by assisting Manager or acting as Manager-On-Duty.
