Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, assess needs and recommend products and services while performing entry‑level vehicle services. This hybrid role blends front‑line customer interaction with hands‑on shop tasks, providing exposure to all aspects of store operations.

The position offers a pay range of $17.60 to $26.29 per hour, with benefits including on‑the‑job training, ASE certifications, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
• Customer service and growth mindset required.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing, inventory and displays.
