Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for a hybrid store role in Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction.

The role blends front-store customer service with back-shop tasks, offering growth opportunities and on-the-job training in ASE-certified programs. Compensation includes benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution – 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids – 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory and displays.
