Job summary

The Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role for stores, serving customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, and performing entry-level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction.

Successful individuals will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front-line service and basic vehicle tasks, with a pay range of $15.20 to $22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks and store systems.
• Customer service mindset with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing and inventory as needed.
