Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, assess needs, and recommend products and services in a hybrid store environment. You will perform entry-level vehicle services and strive for customer satisfaction through timely completion of tasks.

The role emphasizes learning all store operations and can transition between front-of-house and basic back-shop duties, with a pay range of $16.00–$23.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
