Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) invites applications for a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products/services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure satisfaction with timely completion of tasks.

The position offers exposure to all facets of store operations and potential advancement; pay range is $18.40–$27.49 per hour, with benefits for both full- and part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: customer service, sales, issue resolution (approx. 75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks: oil, tires, fluids (approx. 25%).
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Growth and career development role; may assist Manager or act as Manager-on-Duty.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
