Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for a hybrid store role in Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will support customers, assess needs, recommend products and/or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction.

Pay range: $15.20–$22.71 per hour. The role includes growth opportunities, on‑the‑job training and ASE certifications, and a pathway to advancement within Bridgestone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, issue resolution.
