Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role. You will serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring satisfaction through timely completion of tasks.

The role blends front-of-house customer interaction with basic vehicle service duties and aims to develop future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid automobile driver's license required.
• Customer service and growth mindset required.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution - 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids - 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays - as needed basis.
