Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Rochester, MN, is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry‑level vehicle services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role blends front‑of‑store service with basic vehicle tasks and store operations. Pay range is $16.80–$25.10 per hour, with opportunities for growth and ASE certifications through on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn basic vehicle service tasks and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role combining customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances to support development.
