Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role to serve customers and perform basic vehicle services at our stores. This position blends front-desk customer interaction with back-shop tasks to build a strong foundation for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will handle customer needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and support store operations while learning all aspects of the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
