Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in Smyrna, TN. This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle care tasks and store operations to deliver customer satisfaction.

You will learn all aspects of store operations, potentially assisting or acting as Manager-On-Duty to support development and growth within the Firestone Complete Auto Care network. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other growth mindset.
• Previous consumer retail sales experience (preferred).
• Previous automotive experience (plus).
• Previous management/supervisory experience (plus).

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution – 75% of role.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids – 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays – as needed.
