Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in Tennessee. This hybrid store role balances customer service with entry-level vehicle service tasks, helping customers select products and complete services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Customer service mindset with ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Preferred: 2-year degree or completed training/certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Support store operations, opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
