Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Fishers, IN is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to blend front-end service with basic vehicle tasks. You’ll assess customer needs, recommend tires and services, and perform entry-level maintenance with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.

The role offers growth into store operations, opens/closes, inventory, and occasional Manager-On-Duty support. Prior retail or automotive exposure is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• Preferred: 2 year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other growth mindset.
• Preferred: previous consumer retail sales experience.
• Preferred: previous automotive experience.
• Preferred: previous management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales and issue resolution.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
• Growth and career development opportunities; may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
