Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry‑level vehicle services with a focus on quality and speed.

You will learn all aspects of store operations, flex between front‑line customer interactions and basic vehicle service tasks, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑minded team in a hybrid store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution - 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids - 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays - as needed basis.
