Job summary

Paragonix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Finance team in the Boston area. You will manage quotes, orders, invoices, and credit memos while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate order-to-cash processing.

The role emphasizes CRM/ERP data integrity, data cleanup, and routine reporting. The ideal candidate has up to 3 years in sales operations or related roles and a foundation in accounting principles,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, or related role.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, formatting, and data review.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the order-to-cash process, including creating quotes, sales orders, invoices, and credit memos for internal and external customers.
• Assist with routine follow-up on open orders, pending invoices, overdue invoices, and missing documentation.
• Work with 3PL partners and internal Logistics teams to coordinate accurate and timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate customer, deal, and order information in HubSpot and NetSuite.
• Assist with CRM data cleanup, data entry, and routine system updates.
• Help prepare standard reports related to sales activity, revenue support, and operational tracking.
• Identify process gaps or recurring issues and elevate them to the Director of Sales Operations.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
