Fiskars Group is seeking a Sales Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Middleton, WI, hybrid work setup. You will support sales strategy across major national retailers and gain hands-on experience turning market data into actionable plans.

You will analyze market trends, develop promotional strategies for channels, and collaborate with Sales teams to track brand-building initiatives. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, with a degree in Business/Marketing/Analytics in progress.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and risks.
• Utilize syndicated Market Share and Point of Sale data to create persuasive sales stories for line reviews.
• Support the development of 2027 promotional strategies tailored to each channel and retailer.
• Help maintain retail pricing ladders to create Good/Better/Best product assortments.
• Partner with Sales teams to track key brand-building initiatives.
• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc requests from the Sales Operations team.
