Job summary

You will manage order processes from creation to invoicing, work with SAP SD, Excel, and ERP systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to Intel customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• 3+ years with SAP SD and order-to-invoice processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a communication conduit between customers, sales teams, business units, and Intel factories to optimize supply and revenue.
• Manage the sales process and back-office, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Develop, implement, and enhance business processes for customer supply chain management and compliance measurements.
• Manage order types/invoice points, expedite requests, change requests and RMAs.
