Anderson Business Advisors is seeking a senior sales manager to develop and execute strategic plans, coach a sales team, and drive revenue growth across online events, phone sales, live events, and in-person consultations.

You will monitor metrics in Salesforce, lead pipeline management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to procedures. A Bachelor’s degree is required with 5–7 years of sales leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue goals.
• Experience working with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Ability to read and interpret sales reports, analyze data, and connect metrics to sales strategy.
