Job summary

Perimeter Solutions Group LLC is seeking a driven Sales Estimator / Project Manager to join its commercial construction team in Arizona. This hybrid role covers the full project lifecycle—from vetting bids and building estimates to contracting, preconstruction, and project turnover through invoicing.

The ideal candidate has strong estimating skills, excels at multi-project management, and can communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating skills with a proven track record of winning bids.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients, subs, and team.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and scopes.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with Procore/Bluebeam/Sage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vet, track, and organize bid opportunities from repeat customers and new leads.
• Proactively seek new business in the Arizona commercial construction market.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and owners.
• Maintain FollowUp CRM with weekly logging of leads and pipeline.
• Perform plan reviews, quantity take-offs, and cost build-ups.
• Conduct margin analysis and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Prepare and submit polished bid packages on time.
• Bid >$50,000 requires director/vp review before submission.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Accounting to turn contracts into open jobs.
• Lead project turnover with Preconstruction and Superintendents.
• Manage labor scheduling and material procurement with Precon.
