Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Business Development Representative in the Chicago area (Schiller Park) to drive growth through lead generation and qualification. This inside sales role partners with the existing sales team to expand our US market share by securing new customers and presenting flexible packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will excel at outbound calls, manage inbound leads, build relationships, and meet weekly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and cultivation: outbound calling, inbound lead follow-up, and new lead research.
• Customer acquisition: qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team; present solutions.
• Sales process execution: maintain CRM records, prepare presentations and proposals.
• Customer service: address inquiries promptly and professionally to foster long-term relationships.
