ListenUp, expanding into Fort Collins, seeks a Sales Consultant & Assistant Window Covering Specialist. You will learn premium home entertainment and smart home tech, while assisting with window coverings including motorized shades, blinds, shutters, and draperies.

You’ll work with customers to tailor solutions, perform in-home consultations, and grow ListenUp’s window covering business across Northern Colorado. No prior window covering expertise required—training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience with Hunter Douglas, Lutron, or other window covering products is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, consultative sales assistance for premium home entertainment and smart home solutions.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and recommend products and integrated systems.
• Conduct in-store and in-home consultations for informed purchasing decisions.
• Prepare sales proposals and collaborate on system designs and project requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with timely communication and follow-up.
• Update CRM with customer information, opportunities, and next steps.
• Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and store operations.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and occasional events.
