Windows Now is seeking a field-based in-home consultant to guide Denver homeowners through informed choices about windows and home improvements. You will listen first, assess needs, and help clients decide with confidence, not pressure.

Appointments are pre-set with homeowners already interested, and earnings are uncapped, tied directly to performance, with potential to reach $75,000–$150,000+ annually. You’ll work on the road with a flexible schedule.

• In-home appointment experience in any trade or home services field.
• Coachable - trust the process before trying to change it.
• Professional, personable, and self-accountable.
• Comfortable with commission-based income.

Responsibilities

• Walk into a home, listen to the homeowner's needs, and guide them to a confident decision.
