Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in Lexington, KY. This hybrid role balances customer service with basic vehicle services and store operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will learn all aspects of store operations and may support management responsibilities as you grow. A high school diploma, valid license, and a service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid automobile driver's license is required.
• Customer service and career growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role focusing on customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires and fluids (25%).
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
• Support growth and development; may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty.
