SignpostAI in the Greater Austin area is hiring three full-time Support Specialists to help home service businesses get the most out of SignpostAI. You will be the first line of support, handling calls, emails, and chats.

You’ll work with Customer Success Managers and Builders, own issues until resolved, and help improve our products with feedback.

This role suits someone who loves helping people, learns systems quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer support or SaaS roles.
• Excellent phone and written communication.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats promptly and politely.
• Troubleshoot AI answering issues and routing.
• Handle live receptionist feedback and resolve complaints.
• Log interactions and fixes in HubSpot.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolved.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Builders to improve products.
