Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provides clinical services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Receives referrals, assigns clinicians, evaluates orders, and initiates start of care visits.
• Coordinates determination of home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals.
• Ensures care is individualized, appropriate, and compliant with physician orders.
