Job summary

Hines is seeking a registered nurse to join our Case Manager team. This full-time in-office role supports patient care planning, advocacy, and coordination across care settings. After orientation, a hybrid work option may be available, enabling some days at home and some in the office.

Requirements include an unrestricted RN license and at least 2 years in acute inpatient or a specialty area (oncology, ER, ICU, etc.). Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in full-time acute inpatient setting or specialty area (oncology, ER, ICU, etc).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to advocate for patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan to meet the patient’s health care needs.
• Be the patient advocate and coordinate care across providers.
• Maintain professional growth and contribute to quality care in an in-office regime with potential hybrid work after orientation.
