Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Ability to identify, assess, and articulate operational, compliance, strategic, and control risks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and document risk events, controls, and corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather, and document current business processes through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
• Conduct day-to-day operations for the Enterprise Risk Management program including risk assessments and data collection
• Assist in identifying and evaluating operational, compliance, strategic, and reputational risks
• Communicate risk findings and recommendations to business unit owners
• Support development and tracking of corrective action plans and risk mitigations
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation across departmental tools
