The role supports risk and control consultation on new or changed processes. You will identify gaps, monitor risks and KRIs, and implement controls to strengthen governance and compliance, partnering with internal teams and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience aligning policies, standards and procedures.
• Ability to monitor operational and strategic risks.
• Experience contributing to governance and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Understand and facilitate alignment among policies, program standards, work procedures and external guidelines.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective action.
• Identify and monitor operational and strategic risks and KRIs.
• Liaise for internal/external audit requests.
• Enhance governance practices with risk and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor open issues and escalate to senior management.
• Stay current on regulatory policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
