Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Risk Compliance Analyst to support CO₂ safety, hazardous-material compliance, and environmental health across store locations.

You will investigate incidents, gather evidence, conduct inspections, and assist in safety program development and regulatory tracking. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, OSHA certification preferred, and timely store training completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CO₂ compliance, hazardous-material compliance, environmental health and safety, or regulatory coordination preferred.
• Obtaining a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Investigates basic to moderate level of claims; supports risk and safety programs.
• Conducts store inspections on safety issues and provides data for OSHA inquiries.
• Develops risk management materials and delivers training to Operations and SC.
• Coordinates with regulators and tracks CO₂ and hazardous-material compliance.
