Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Risk Analyst to join its Insurance/Risk Management team, with ideal locations in Charlotte, NC, Denver, CO or Pasadena, CA. The role offers hybrid or flexible work arrangements and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 3+ years of risk management experience.

You’ll manage COIs, surety bonds, and RMIS data, supporting renewals, audits, and internal stakeholders. Salary range is $74,800 to $130,900 with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, accounting, or related field.
• ARM or CPCU certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years in corporate risk management, insurance brokerage, or underwriting.
• Experience with large, complex organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of Parsons' global corporate insurance programs.
• Collect, validate exposure data, loss runs for renewals and audits.
• Prepare schedules and reports for brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Issue COIs to clients and third parties; ensure contract alignment.
• Issue and track auto insurance IDs for Parsons’ vehicle program.
• Coordinate and track surety bonds for projects and business units.
• Respond to insurance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer DBA insurance program and related reporting.
