Job summary

State of North Carolina - State Treasurer is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Supplemental Retirement Plans, including NC 401(k), NC 457(b) and NC ABLE programs. The role liaises with service providers, boards, and partners, coordinating meetings, invoicing, audits, and data analysis.

You will manage investment operations, budget, and quarterly rebalance processes, while supporting financial reporting and collaboration with the Financial Division.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retirement and employee benefits plans, investment products, and public and business administration principles.
• Ability to analyze information and utilize computer applications to support operations.
• Strong written and oral communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of SRP investment operations and budgets.
• Coordinate with Financial Division and external auditors for reports and audits.
• Support NC ABLE program and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
