Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries about UCRP Retirement, Survivor and Disability benefits and health/welfare programs.
• Researches and resolves customer questions; maintains accurate records and status updates.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, priority-shifting environment.
• Provide website navigation orientation to customers and assist in process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently as needed.
