Job summary

SimpliSafe is seeking a Retail Sales Forecasting & Planning Manager on the Sales Operations team to drive forecast accuracy and strategic planning for national retail accounts. You will partner with account managers to build promotional plans, forecast units, and shape account strategy, turning data into actionable plans for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, sales operations, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with retail and sales planning platforms; familiarity with Alloy preferred; SIOP knowledge a plus.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data for both sales partners and executive leadership.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and quarterly forecasts for national retail accounts.
• Build promotional plans and optimize sku-level accuracy.
• Publish weekly sales reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on inventory allocation.
• Develop dashboards and leverage AI to improve forecasting.
