Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in ground-up restaurant and retail builds. You will oversee multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Based in Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility, you will conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and clients, and apply scheduling and safety standards to deliver high-quality commercial spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven project management background focused on restaurant and retail construction.
• Hands-on experience with construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, Raken).
• Strong reading of construction blueprints and site designs.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with contractors, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead regular site visits to enforce safety, code and quality standards.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• Review and execute against complex project blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify risks and delays and implement effective mitigation strategies with software.
