Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with two or more years of experience in a call center or applicable business environment that utilizes resource planning applications and methodologies.
• Associate's degree with four or more years of experience in a call center or applicable business environment that utilizes resource planning applications and methodologies.
• High School Diploma/GED with six or more years of experience in a call center or applicable business environment that utilizes resource planning applications and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, scheduling, and aligning resources with work.
• May own or lead projects for the business unit.
• Monitor, report, and provide analysis and feedback on key performance indicators.
• Partner with managers and peers, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to create, maintain, and leverage best practices and strategy optimization.
• Perform resource planning functions for the assigned business unit.
