Job summary

Stanford University School of Medicine's Dermatology Department seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator 3 to oversee program management and administration of our clinical educational programs. The role involves coordinating residency, clinical fellowship, medical student, and other programs across subspecialties, and implementing essential policies.

The position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration, with hybrid on-site work and telecommuting options as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field is desired.
• Three years of experience coordinating educational programs, AC-GME residency/fellowship experience preferred.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced education leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders to develop long-term strategies and ensure program viability and growth.
• Develop and expand educational initiatives for residents; manage training evaluation process.
• Lead curriculum development and ensure milestones, competencies, and evaluation metrics are met.
• Oversee recruitment data, analyze data, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Monitor annual program budget, review expenses, and secure resources.
