Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Research Strategist to join a fast-growing Strategy & Insights team. You will work with executive-level event organizers to identify opportunities, shape decisions, and drive profitable growth through rigorous research and data-driven consulting engagements.

Based in a hybrid model with in-office/show-site 2-3 days per week, you will contribute to industry-leading frameworks and client deliverables, leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of management consulting or insights experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in research or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to design and execute research with clear client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-type research to identify opportunities and drive client value in the events industry.
• Design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups; analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create executive-ready presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Develop growth frameworks using data-driven tools and critical thinking.
• Collaborate across Strategy & Insights and Freeman to advance thought leadership and client outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate progress clearly.
