Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and monitor multiple programs.
• Manage budgets and report program data.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
• Recruit, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff.
• Develop external partnerships to advance department objectives.
