Job summary

Johns Hopkins University’s Sidiropoulos Laboratory is seeking a Research Data Analyst to support computational immunology and spatial multi-omics research. You will analyze high-dimensional multimodal datasets and maintain reproducible computational workflows.

The role involves data collection, model execution, reporting, and applying supervised/unsupervised learning methods while contributing to manuscripts and collaborative studies. Hybrid work on the School of Medicine campus is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, data science, computer science, biomedical engineering, biology, or a related field.
• Three years of related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and generate reports and models.
• Run models, analyze model results, and prepare reports on the analysis.
• Conduct analyses in support of the assigned research project or study.
• Conduct statistical analyses using standard and statistical software packages.
• Design and prepare tables to illustrate analytic findings.
• Manage or contribute to entry of data in the assigned database.
• May engage in other research related responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
