Job summary

ADL is seeking a Research Assistant for the Center on Extremism to support the Associate Director with population, management, and auditing of key datasets.

The role involves entering large volumes of data, organizing repositories, auditing records, and documenting extremist movements from public sources. It requires accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication skills, with a hybrid work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with research, data entry and complex datasets in academic or professional settings.
• Familiarity with antisemitism and anti-Zionism topics is preferred.
• Coursework or projects on extremism or related topics.

Responsibilities

• Enter a high volume of data from multiple independent sources.
• Maintain and organize data repositories per COE guidelines.
• Audit, review and deduplicate data for reports and public databases.
• Conduct and document research on extremist movements from public sources.
• Respond to research requests from COE staff.
