Job summary

Power System Engineering seeks a Project Manager – Renewable Energy to lead strategic energy projects from origination through closeout. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and act as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, 8+ years in PM/engineering, and experience with solar, BESS or microgrids. Hybrid work at one of our offices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field with 8+ years PM/engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering design/energy infrastructure projects; solar/BESS/microgrids preferred.
• PM/PE credentials preferred but not required; consulting/utility/EPC experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM for renewable energy projects across lifecycle from origination to closeout.
• Coordinate electrical, civil, and structural disciplines for turnkey solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring clear expectations and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Support procurement activities including RFPs, bid evaluations, and contractor coordination.
