Solar Landscape, a leading distributed energy infrastructure company based in Asbury Park, NJ, is seeking a Project Development Analyst to join its Operations team. The role focuses on cross-functional project support, data-driven process improvements, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance, help document procedures, track timelines, and prepare materials for executive decision-making. Recent grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, environmental studies, or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Help manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; document SOPs and improvements.
• Create and monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and highlight risks and bottlenecks.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and finance to align requirements and risk assessments; enable information flow across teams.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across Operations and prepare materials for executive decision-making.
