Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Youth & Family Skills Coach for the Youth ACT Program based in Mendota Heights, MN. This hybrid-remote role involves travel to family homes and community sites while delivering skills coaching to youth and families.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, provide services in homes or schools, and work under a Clinical Supervisor. A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences and 2,000 hours of supervised experience are required, with HIPAA compliance and a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Completed 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience delivering clinical services.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for travel.
• HIPAA training and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build everyday life skills with clients, including communication and self-regulation.
• Provide calming support during challenging moments and crises.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and attend supervision sessions.
• Document accurately and in a timely manner per program standards.
• Deliver direct service hours weekly and follow agency policies.
