Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking a hybrid-remote Therapist for our Youth ACT Program. The role provides mental health therapy in homes, schools, and community settings with EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy for youth aged 14-21 and their families.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule. Salary range $70,000–$80,000 depending on licensure and experience; comprehensive benefits include PTO, health insurance, life/disability coverage,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Must have LADC in Minnesota.
• Must be on track to licensure or hold provisional/intermediary license.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.
• Pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Intake & assessment documentation.
• Trauma-informed client care and assessment updates.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with families, schools, and providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling, or clinically related fields

LADC (Minnesota)

Licensed/eligible in Minnesota (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC)
